Terms of Use

Last updated August 16, 2026

Krookly is a self-custodial crypto wallet for Robinhood Chain and Ethereum. By using krookly.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the wallet.

This is not legal advice. Have a lawyer review these terms before you rely on them for a company, bank, or partner review.

Who we are

Krookly is operated from krookly.com. Contact: Krookly@outlook.com. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, or custodian. We do not hold your coins or keys.

Your keys, your coins

The secret phrase is created on your device. We cannot see it, reset it, or move funds for you. Anyone with the phrase can empty the wallet. If you lose the phrase or password, the wallet is gone. There is no recovery desk.

What the wallet does

You can create or import a wallet, hold ETH and tokens, send, receive, swap, bridge, view collectibles, and set a local nickname or photo. Extra wallets under the same phrase are still yours to back up. On-chain actions need a network fee you pay in ETH.

Fees

Krookly may take a small fee on swap and bridge (currently 0.5%) in addition to network gas and any third-party charge. Card buys go through MoonPay or another onramp. Their price, KYC, and fees are theirs, not ours.

Not advice

Nothing in Krookly is financial, legal, or tax advice. Tokens can go to zero. Bridges and contracts can fail. You are responsible for what you send and where you send it. Wrong address or wrong chain usually means the coins are gone.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and allowed to use crypto tools where you live. Do not use Krookly if the law where you are forbids it. You will not use the wallet for fraud, sanctions evasion, mixing stolen funds, or anything illegal.

Third parties

RPCs, block explorers, MoonPay, bridges, and swap contracts are not Krookly. If they break, pause, or lose funds, that is their system. Read Privacy for what they may collect.

No warranty

The wallet is provided “as is.” Software has bugs. Networks fork. We do not promise uptime, price, or that a transfer will land. To the fullest extent the law allows, Krookly is not liable for lost keys, lost coins, failed swaps, hacks of your device, or third-party failures. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim, or $50, whichever is more.

Changes

We can change the product or these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. Keep using the site after a change and you accept the new terms.
