Privacy Policy
Last updated August 16, 2026
Krookly is built so your secret phrase never leaves your device. This policy explains what little we do store, and what other companies see if you use their rails.
This is a plain-language policy, not a substitute for a lawyer. Have counsel review it before you use it with Stripe, MoonPay, or an app store.
What stays on your device
Your secret phrase is encrypted with your password and saved in this browser only. Nickname, photo, and which wallet you have open also stay local. We cannot read them. Clearing the site data or losing the device without a backup means the wallet is gone from here.
What we may store
If you use a referral link we store the wallet address, a public slug, and that a wallet was created from your link, so we can award Krookly Points. We do not store your phrase, password, or private key on our servers.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your legal name, SSN, or government ID to open a Krookly wallet. We do not sell your data. We do not run ads against your balances.
Blockchains and RPCs
Sends, swaps, and bridges are public. Anyone can see the address and the transaction. Our RPC and explorer partners (including Robinhood Chain and Ethereum infrastructure) see requests from your session so balances and collectibles can load.
Card buys (MoonPay and others)
If you buy crypto with a card or Apple Pay, that checkout is MoonPay (or another onramp). They run their own KYC, store card data, and have their own privacy policy. Krookly only passes the destination wallet address and amount so the coins can be sent to you.
Cookies
We use local storage to keep the encrypted vault on this device. We do not use advertising cookies.
Kids
Krookly is not for anyone under 18. Do not create a wallet for a child.
Your choices
Lock or remove the wallet from this device anytime in Account. That deletes the local vault. On-chain history cannot be erased. To ask about referral records, email Krookly@outlook.com.
