Krookly LLC does not store your 12-word seed phrase, your password, or your private keys. Those stay on your device. We cannot see them, reset them, or recover them for you. We also do not store private messages.
Your keys stay on your device
Your seed phrase is created on your device and encrypted with the password you choose. That encrypted copy lives in this browser only. Krookly LLC never receives your seed phrase or password. If you clear this site’s data or lose the device without a backup, the wallet is gone from here. There is no recovery desk.
What we may store
We may store your wallet address, a public profile name or photo you set, public posts, referral links, abuse reports, and an email address if you give us one. We use that to run the social wallet, count referrals, review reports, and send welcome or support mail. We do not store seed phrases, passwords, or private keys on our servers. Not encrypted. Not hashed. Not at all. We do not store private messages. If you report someone, we keep the report (your wallet, theirs, the reason, optional note, and post id if you flagged a post) so staff can review it.
What we do not collect
Opening a Krookly LLC wallet does not require your legal name, SSN, or government ID. We do not sell your data. We do not run ads against your balances.
Blockchains and network providers
Sends, swaps, and bridges are public on the blockchain. Anyone can see the address and the transaction. RPC and explorer partners (including Robinhood Chain and Ethereum infrastructure) see requests from your session so balances and collectibles can load.
Card buys (Coinbase)
If you buy crypto with a card or Apple Pay, that checkout is Coinbase. They run their own KYC, store card data, and have their own privacy policy. Krookly LLC only passes the destination wallet address and amount so the coins can be sent to you.
Cookies
We use local storage on this device to keep your encrypted wallet. We do not use advertising cookies.
Kids
Krookly LLC is not for anyone under 18. Do not create a wallet for a child.
Your choices
Lock or remove the wallet from this device anytime in Account. Delete Krookly account removes your profile, posts, messages, email backup, and other Krookly data from our servers. Email backup is an encrypted vault copy tied to your email and password. We never store your 12-word seed phrase. Deleting the Krookly account does not erase the wallet on Robinhood Chain or Ethereum. On-chain history cannot be erased. Questions: Krookly@outlook.com.
